Because our products are food items that are hand-crafted in small batches, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. This policy helps us protect the quality, freshness, and safety of every item we send out.
If something isn’t right, please reach out. We’re here to help - always. If your order arrives with any issue (for example: damaged in transit, incorrect items, missing items, or anything that feels “not quite right”), please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
To keep things simple and fair, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds for: opened or used items, items you’ve changed your mind about or no longer need, orders placed incorrectly, and taste preferences.
